Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and event security markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
Develop tailored proposals and close contracts for security services (6 months or longer)
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the private security or related industries
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into service solutions
Experience closing high-value service contracts is a strong plus
Compensation Highlights:
Base salary: $60,000-$75,000
Commission: 10% of all secured contracts of 6 months or more
